John C. Baun:
A native of Pittsburgh and graduate of Grove City College, John brings 40 years of commercial banking and over 25 years commercial real estate experience to ACRES.
As the founder of ACRES in 1995 and Broker of Record, he also maintains a successful financial brokerage–Baun Mortgage. John has been developing office parks in the North Hills since 1987, and is best known for developing the Class A, Stonewood East Corporate Centre and Copperleaf Corporate Center in Wexford, PA. John is also an active member of his church and a long-time member of the Grove City Entrepreneurial Advisory Board, where he mentors young entrepreneurial men and women.
Kate Edelmann Yannuzzi:
Kate has been with ACRES for nine years. As a Wexford real estate agent and team leader, Kate handles office leasing, land sales, building sales, project management and oversees tenant build outs. She represents multiple landlords and is working on additional land development projects.
She enjoys the process of getting to know her clients on a personal basis and leading them through the process, building long-term relationships and bringing the parties together on deals.
